Let’s talk

Why it’s worth it

Everything that stops being your problem.

The late nights, the copy-paste, the subscriptions, the idea you’ve been carrying for years.

  • 01.

Your catalog grows without your payroll growing

Five thousand products or five hundred, the work is the same. You add SKUs, seasons, whole collections, and nobody has to stay late for it.

  • 02.

The order that arrives at 2am is already handled

No inbox to check, no spreadsheet to forward, no morning spent catching up on what came in overnight. It moved while everyone was asleep.

  • 03.

You stop paying for software you were only using as glue

Platforms charge monthly to move data between your tools. When that moves on its own, those subscriptions stop making sense. One client avoids over $2,000 a month this way.

  • 04.

Your best people stop doing data entry

The person you hired for their judgment goes back to using it. Copying, pasting and renaming isn’t why you hired them, and it isn’t what you’re paying them for.

  • 05.

The thing you’ve wanted for years finally exists

Most of what you’re imagining is buildable now. It’s usually not the idea that was missing, it was someone who could actually build it.

Process

How a process becomes a system.

Five steps, in order, from watching the manual version to switching it off. You approve the plan before any of it is built.

  1. 01 Watch the manual version What a person actually does, in order, and how often. Not the version in the process document, the version that happens on a Tuesday.
  2. 02 Find the breaking point Where volume turns a working habit into a failing one: rate limits, duplicate rows, and the steps that fail quietly instead of loudly.
  3. 03 Build it as code Retries written in on purpose, duplicates made impossible rather than unlikely, and the rules in a table instead of in somebody memory.
  4. 04 Declare the seams Every automation has a part that is still manual and a dependency that has to be up. Both get written down before handover, not after the first incident.
  5. 05 Turn off the manual process The last step is switching off what the build replaced. Until that happens you are paying for both, and the old one quietly becomes the source of truth again.

About

A digital team of one person: Juan Sebastián Valencia G.

Some businesses know exactly what they need digitally. They just cannot find one person who can build all of it.

JSV-88 is that person. One expert who designs, develops, automates, and grows the complete digital operation of a business, from the ground up.

The work runs on a pipeline of AI agents directed by me. They research, create, and execute around the clock, so your business keeps growing while you focus on what you actually do best.

How one person covers all of it

Questions

The questions that come up before the call

Ten answers, each one short enough to read standing up.

How do I stop manually re-typing wholesale orders that come in by email?

By letting the buyer place the order themselves at their own prices. On Ready2HangArt the wholesale cart calls a serverless function that builds a Shopify draft order carrying the correct tier prices, and the buyer completes it in a checkout that looks like any other. Nobody retypes anything.

How do I turn a customer's cart into an invoice they can pay later?

The cart is posted to a function that creates a draft order with the right prices and returns it to the buyer as a normal checkout, with every line showing its discount and the total savings on the order. No second site, no separate portal, no invoice arriving by email a day later.

My Zapier flow worked at fifty rows and breaks at five thousand. Why?

Because connector platforms are built for the happy path and volume is where the unhappy paths live: API rate limits, duplicate rows, and steps that silently do nothing instead of failing loudly. Nothing is wrong with the flow you built. It is being asked a question it was not designed to answer.

When is a no-code tool still the right answer?

When the volume is low, the steps are stable and the cost of a silent failure is small. Rebuilding a chain that works is a waste of money, and the honest trigger for rebuilding is not sophistication, it is the morning you start checking the flow before you check anything else.

How should a supplier API handle duplicate orders and signed callbacks?

Duplicates should be impossible rather than filtered afterwards, using the partner order identifier as the key, and status callbacks should be signed so you can prove the sender. Retries need to be deliberate and bounded, because a retry loop without a ceiling is how one failed order becomes a thousand.

How many hours a week does manual order entry actually cost?

No hours figure is published here, because none was measured on any of these projects and an invented one would be worth nothing to you. The cost that does show up is structural: the loop happens every single day, it cannot be skipped, and nobody can take a holiday without it breaking.

Can wholesale customers check out themselves instead of emailing me an order?

Yes, and that is the whole point of the build. On Ready2HangArt a tagged wholesale customer sees their own prices on the grid, the product page and the cart, and completes the order without anyone approving it by hand first.

Is it safe to depend on an external serverless function for my B2B checkout?

It is the correct route on a standard plan, and it adds a dependency that has to be up. That trade-off is stated openly on the Ready2HangArt case study rather than buried, because a dependency nobody mentioned is the one that surprises you at the worst moment.

What endpoints does a fulfilment API need to be onboarded by a partner?

At minimum: order intake, order status, and a callback the partner can call when something changes on their side. The exact shape is dictated by the partner specification, which is why these builds start from their document rather than from a generic connector.

How do I build an integration when I only have the partner's written spec?

You build to the document and prove each endpoint against it before the partner ever calls you, then handle the two things specs always leave out: what happens on a duplicate, and what happens on a retry.
